Hey there.
So a little update. First of all I just saw a crazy play called Valaparaiso. It was a play that pulls on everyones desires to be in the spotlight and who it can be both the life and death of someone. It is one of those stories that has no specific ending, it is open to interpretation. It was pretty awesome.
Secondly!
This last weekend The Penny, the first film I ever acted in won best feature film at the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival! That is the highest possible award and that festival so that is pretty darn exciting.
I have a small role in that film and I was so blessed to be a part of it. The story of my character resonates with me in a way that I can't spell out without hashing out long family histories. Seeing as it is a christian film I think it is appropriate for me to say that there was definitely something greater at hand when I was cast to play this role. It was amazingly fun even if I was a little shy on set and had a few embarrassing performance moments.
I can not wait to see the finished product, I think most of the cast and crew have already and I am jealous!
Well, I thought I would let you all know that.
Nothing else is really in the works at the moment, but I hope to hear more from both of my films soon.
